Thank you to the many thousands that signed the Petition “Open Letter to All Governors & State Legislators”
We received many thousands of signatures on the Petition, and now feel it has served it’s purpose with the People rallying behind the Governors and AG’s as they take action against the unconstitutional reign of terror the Democrats in full lockstep with Obama have tried to foist on this nation.
Thanks to everyone that signed and that told others! It was a great success.
Now on to other endeavors, like urging our newly elected Tea Party members in Congress to make the FCC, FTC, EPA, OSHA, etc ADVISORY only, and urge Congress to take away the “rule making” authority of these bureaucrats, which is really a defacto ability to make law, thereby thwarting the rule of law, and the Constitution.

An Open Letter To The President, Congress and Supreme Court: Sirs and Mesdames: You have ONE JOB: Your only job is to do one simple thing, You SWORE an Oath to uphold and defend the United States Constitution. That is your only job: HONOR your Oath of Office and Protect and Defend the United States Constitution and defend the Liberty of the People. Anything else you do is inconsequential.
1. Prove the eligibility of Obama by showing a real Birth Certificate with real facts. The one on his website is not the official Birth Certificate.
2. Cease and desist all Co2 and AGW legislation until the Unbiased FACTS are revealed. Do a complete Investigation of Climate Gate.
3. Cease and desist all deliberation on signing any treaty that cedes US Sovereignty: this includes Copenhagen Treaty, Codex Aliminatarius, Health care legislation, Jay Rockefeller’s internet control bill! This is an act of Direct TREASON ON YOUR PART if you or anyone CEDES US Sovereignty to any entity or acts Contrary to the Constitution .
4. CEASE and DESIST all unconstitutional laws that do not fall into Article I section 8 of the US Constitution. You have no authority to legislate on issues not specifically enumerated in the US Constitution…. See More
5. Honor your Oath of office and OBEY Amendment 9 which states: "The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others RETAINED by the PEOPLE".
And Amendment 10 which states: "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are RESERVED to the States respectively, or to the People".
6. Repeal the Patriot act! It is unconstitutional because it violates the bill of rights right down the line. Do I have to remind you that Amendment IV states: The right of the People to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation , and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
7. Stay out of FREE SPEECH! Amendment I clearly states: "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceable to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances".
8. Complete Audit of the Federal Reserve. The FED is unconstitutional from the start. The genesis of the Federal Reserve was passed with 3 Congressmen in the dark of night. The constitution is very clear who is supposed to have the authority to coin money: CONGRESS! You must STOP making unconstitutional laws.
9. It is not Constitutional for you to allow the courts to pass laws according to Article III. You are overburdening the system with bills and laws you KNOW are unconstitutional.
The Constitution does not give authority to you, our government representatives to lie to us and deceive us, nor does it give authority to the government to act without the consent of the people. When government no longer looks out for the best interest of the people, the government ceases to be the rightful, legitimate government, and as such, it is time to abolish the entire government. "But when a long train of abuses and usurpations , pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security".

I propose that ALL elected officials live at home, work a regular job at home, that they consider their appointment by WE THE PEOPLE, a PRIVILEGE with NO PAY. Only go to Washington 1-2 times per year.
This is especially important since they are tinkering with language in that 2,000 page Health Care Monstrosity that would allow states to opt out. It is time our legislators hear from us now.
Get rid of the TRAITORS in the White House and Congress. All Obama's appointees must be ousted, prosecuted where applicable, along with anyone in the political sphere that signed laws violating the Constitution! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!
the constitution states that all powers not delegated to the federal govt in its text are left to the states, or the people. It's high time the U.S govt starts following the law as all of us ordinary citizens are obligated to do. It is the duty of the state govts to hold the federal govt accountable, the constitution cannot enforce itself.
The facts on Fox news do not add up. While saying that their were only 70,000 at the Tea Party when the number was closer to 1,700,000 they are saying that tens of thousands were there for the Gay march. The numbers don't add up because at the meeting with Obama there were 3 thousands inside to hear Obama and only 50 people outside protesting, (foxnews numbers, not mine). If there were tens of thousands in town to protest it stands to reason that there would have been more than 50 protester outside while Obama was speaking.
I also suggested we as a whole file a class action lawsuit against the ACLU for religious persecution.That is only one of the things that they should be sued for but it is the one that will draw the most attention. The ACLU is funded by tax dollars and is trying to destroy everything America stands for. I have not found one record of anyone trying to sue them because they think they are to powerful but if all the groups like Tea Party, as a mom, town hallers, etc. banded together and 3 million people filed a 2 trillion dollar lawsuit it would be heard by the world let alone our own government. The time has come to take peaceful action becase they are not listening to us when we talk and the media is lying about us and belittling our numbers. In our numbers there must be at least a couple of lawyers who agree with us and would be willing to start the ball rolling
Thank you Deanna, for your concern and calls to action. Civil disobedience will be the last straw for the People in order to force public opinion onto our side. This will begin once the Federal government begins to demand of us on an individual basis to comply with their wishes, no matter how "benevolent, or good". Thank you for your courage!
We need action because they are not listening to us. Obama has ignored us While meeting with Gays and promising them everything they want.
I belong to Tea Party and asamom.org the Townhallers, etc. andI have put in several suggestions that would make them listen to us but can get no action.
What with the liberal board of education, teachers and the indoctrination of our children I told them that in that teachers can go on strike so could parents and children. That we should pick a date and take all our children out of school for a month. With more than three million people belonging to all the groups they can't arrest us all and they would be forced to listen to us.
We are the PEOPLE, so we do have a voice in our government! This is our voice guaranteed by Our Constitution! We will vote out government that does not honor our rights.
If we impeach Obama, we MUST simultaneously impeach Biden, Pelosi and Reid. Can you imagine the ramifications of ANY OF THEM being Prez??? When all the dems are up for re-election, there should be an additional box to check that simply says "NO"! This "fundamental changing of America" should go up the keester of our new Safe School Czar!
Hi Cheryl, I think Obama should be removed as he is not eligible to be POTUS, impeachment is for legal sitting Prez's. As such, all his appointees (including Biden) will be ousted and Pelosi, Reid and in general the DNC could have TRAITOR charges on them as they plotted the conspiracy. Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. Doing all I can to defend Liberty, I sleep quite well. Were I to slink away in cowardice, leaving my children to fend for themselves, my family, my friends, THEN I would not be able to sleep at night. Here are some words for you to ponder:

I will use the words of Patrich Henry, though I would never have thought so fifty years ago when I first heard them in school, and now the time has come where the government has turned against its people, and they look at us as cattle to be fed, cared for, herded and disposed of as they deem necessary. They really don’t know us, do they? Well, “as for me give me liberty or give me death”, and that will have a dear price.
Thank you for the opportunity and forum for me to speak my mind. To Governor Rick Perry, I am pre-pared to vote for you, as many others are, if you will stand against this overwhelming government surge.
I believe we only need 1 state to get this rolling nationwide. If this idea hits the news, watch it take off like a rocket.
We can do this, if We the People stand together as ONE and demand they restore our Freedom. We need to not lose heart, for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not. What the opposition so blindly refuses to see is that if we win this war for freedom, that it is freedom for ALL, not just for a select group. They are so wedded to their own desire to dominate us, that they prefer no freedom at all to decide for themselves how their lives should be lived. This is truly a sad state of affairs we've come to in this country, and no less than a revival of the Freedom, Dignity, and Worth of the Individual as given by our Creator, will turn this around. We certainly can't rely on our elected officials to do this, now can we? Both parties have demonstrated that all too clearly for years now. We are going to have to stand up for ourselves, because no one else will do it like we will.
What has happened to our Law Enforcement Services. The FBI and other services that investigated corruption in this country. This Administration has thrown it in our face and continues to operate with a double standard without an outrage from the Media and the Public. Our March to DC on 9-12-09 had one (1) Senator, Jim DeMint (R-SC) as our only supporting member of government. Our government is so corrupt that an honest person that is not afraid to blow a whistle on corruption was and is still being criticized by the Media and both Parties in government. We have a hard road ahead of us but I am ready to fill the pot holes.
It's time for the American PEOPLE to stand up and get rid of this CORUPTAND ANTI-AMERICAN ADMINISTRATION and all the other elected officials that insist on having THIER OWN WILL forced down the throats of the PEOPLE!

So let it be !!!! States rights are a memory right now……..they have been diluted over time to the point of non-existence. States rights were there to contain the power of the Federal govt. It needs to be that way again.
